SoftNAS Introduces Product Support Connection Feature on AWS Marketplace

On November 1, 2016 Amazon Web Services (AWS) introduced Product Support Connection (PSC), a new program that gives vendors like SoftNAS more visibility into the end customer in order to more easily provide product support. SoftNAS is proud to be the only storage launch partner and one of a handful of partners including Chef and Sophos.

What is Product Support Connection?

With PSC, SoftNAS customers on the AWS Marketplace can directly share their contact data with AWS. AWS then provides the data to SoftNAS via an API that quickly allows us to verify your info and streamline any support requests you might have.

How does this benefit me?

SoftNAS customers on the AWS Marketplace will now benefit from more world class support. With your contact information being kept up to date by AWS, we are able to immediately provide support because we will already have your contact information on hand.
